"It’s an odd fit. The quality of the women’s material is not nearly as nice as the men’s. I ordered two different ones to figure out what size I needed. When I went to return the one I didn’t need, they did not refund me the price I paid and on top of it they charge a fee to restock and another fee to ship back. I definitely returned it in the appropriate return window. It took forever to get the return process complete and it made me never want to order from them again. I also despise their AI bot “customer service” (if you can call it that)."
