Very bad experience

"Unfortunately, there’s no option to give zero stars, but that’s what this experience deserves. I bought a jacket from the Original Penguin online store almost two months ago, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. I returned the item nearly a month ago, and I’m still waiting for a refund. Customer service has been completely useless—no updates, no accountability, just generic responses. It’s extremely disappointing that a brand like Original Penguin has such a poorly managed store and such unhelpful support. I won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

"The blazer itself looks good, but it’s definitely smaller than expected. Unfortunately, my overall experience with buying this blazer was very negative. I paid for express delivery, but it was anything but express — my order arrived a full week later than expected. Communication with the store was poor. I struggled to cancel my order and kept getting redirected to an unhelpful AI assistant. It took a lot of time and frustration just to try and reach a real person. Now I’m having trouble returning the item because there was no return label in the package. As a longtime fan of Original Penguin, this has been a big disappointment. I’m seriously reconsidering using their online store again."
