disappointed in shipping costs and timelines

"My grandson selected this shirt as a birthday gift. I found $10. 99 shipping fee on the high end. It has been 5 days since my order has been shipped. Upon tracking, I find my order is less than half way to my house! I contacted them to express my disappointment and they simply said their rate was based on the standard rates of other companies. Which I tend to disagree with as I order many things from the internet due to lack of good shops where I live (which is not off the beaten track) on Cape Cod. Fingers crossed this shirt fits properly. Hate to experience their return policy (which is not free)."
