This item was left out of the order, but customer service was quick to respond by sending one out. Unfortunately, the product was defective (missing the pin in the hat-band, which was not found in the sealed package leading me to believe it was absent when it departed) and was packaged very poorly (it was placed in a plastic bag like clothing, instead of a box to prevent damaged in transit) resulting in it being smashed whilst en route. I decided to cut my losses this time and return the product for a refund and will not purchase any more hats from OP (I will, however, keep buying their polos), nor would I recommend others doing likewise.
