We will issue a refund, excluding any shipping and handling fees, for all unused, undamaged and/or defective products returned within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in its original packaging (whenever possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Your card will only be affected if there is a balance due/owed. Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment. If the order was paid using multiple methods, we will refund to each form of payment used. You can expect to receive credit for returned merchandise within one complete billing cycle of your credit card statement upon completion of returns processing. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Merchandise purchased at a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase to ensure that a proper credit is received. We can only accept returns from items purchased at our online store and reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
Items purchased at OriginalPenguin.com may be returned to one of our Original Penguin retail stores within 30 days of purchase.
